Teavana business practices

I already posted my experiences with Teavana's saleswomen trying to sell me stale, over-priced tea, while I deftly ignored them and searched for the tea I wanted. Well, here's an employee describing what it's like to actually work for them. Whatever happened to honesty, or is it buried somewhere in a bottle behind the snake oil?

A friend tried to convince me that Teavana was completely awesome, but I set one foot in a store in California and realized what they're trying to do: upsell a simple cup of mint tea. Interesting link!

Thanks. Off the top of my head I can't think of any other business that practices those methods so overtly. And it's just tea!
